Product and Service Availability
Normally we ship the product in 1-3 business days after you place your order. Yet, we cannot guarantee that a product marks as "in stock" will be ship right away, as inventory can change from time to time. If a listed "in stock" product sold out when your order is processed, we will contact your via email and your payment will not be charged.
Colors:
Due to every monitor displays color differently, we try to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. Therefore, we can not guarantee your monitor's display of any color will be correct.
Products:
Prices of the products and services on the site could be change without notice.
Shipping:
Free Shipping is for online order over $250 within 48 contiguous states to a commercial address only (via UPS Ground and there is a surcharge for some areas).
We ship via UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS Next Day Select. For oversea shipping, please email your order and our customer service will contact you shortly by email.
Damage Or Shortage Claims Please examine all packages upon its arrival and refuse damaged package. Any product damage or shortage must be reported to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery without exceptions.
We do not accept a P.O. box address.
Warranty
We offer our customers validated warranties for certain items. If not specified, warranty is generally 90 days parts with labor and one year parts only. We do not cover any shipping fee after 30 days of the purchase day. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and damage from any improper use. Returns:
You may return unopened products, with your receipt, for a merchandise exchange, credit, or a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges.) if you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us in 48 hours after the product has been delivered. A 25% restocking charge of the receipt will be applied to all returns. No merchandise can be returned for credit or exchange without authorization. No return or exchange after 30 days of the invoice date.
Sales Tax:
By law, we charge applicable sales tax on product shipped to or billed to the address in California.
